Business outlook
Pros
-Axiom has a great team. There is a lot of work right now being put onto the Management so that they can better assist and develop not only the company/business, but ALSO the employees that want to learn. -The teams that are at axiom all collaborate and communicate effectively on the work related issues.
Cons
-Since Axiom is developing, so are a lot of the internal systems. This can mean that tracking some older information is quite difficult. It seems like they are trying to get better at this with implementing new systems, but the management deciding on that are still in the beginning stages.
