Pros

Supportive, kind, fun team with lots to learn across different departments across the hotel. Lots of students also work here and management are flexible each academic term around timetable changes. The atmosphere is fun, benefits are good and guests are nice.

Can't think of any, So far so good!

Pros

It’s a really enjoyable and dynamic place to work. I learn something new every day, which keeps the role interesting and engaging. The team is very supportive and always ready to help when needed, creating a positive and collaborative environment. The workplace culture is welcoming, with great colleagues and a strong sense of teamwork. One of the most enjoyable parts is meeting new people and gaining different experiences through daily interactions. There are also good opportunities for growth within the company, which makes it a rewarding and motivating place to work.

Cons

The role can sometimes be challenging, especially during busy periods, but these moments also help build confidence and develop new skills over time.
