      Solid experience with a small company that offers an interesting mix of services

      Pros

      Independence. Micromanaging is not the style of management at Axiom. Instead managers acknowledge that you, as an employee, are capable of making wise decisions.

      Cons

      It is a small company that is content with the business they have. I feel that there would not have been much growth had I stayed with Axiom.

      The are none and there will be none

      Cons

      They all pretended that there is work to be done. I would maybe have 1 hour of work a day. Then we would go have a 2 or 3 hour lunch and drink then show our faces in the office for a little bit then go home. I should have known not to work there. When I interviewed they wanted to meet at a bar very similar to the other review.
