Pros

- No overtime required - Good colleagues

Cons

- Lack of clear roadmap - There is no actual development, so you end up being a a maintainer of an old product with legacy code in stead of being an actual software engineer - A lot of time wasted in meetings without purpose - No prospects of professional development - Boring tasks - There is no Senior Software Engineers, once they realize about the situation they leave the company, so a lot of rotation lately.

Pros

It’s fun being in the spotlight as an innovating company and the real problem with growing too fast is to stay grounded and pull on the reins a bit, but the people at Axiomatics are grounded, so we just need to continue to hire our own kind of people, people whom share our vision and culture. The culture at Axiomatics is very open, caring and diverse, this is the key to success! We are also a founder-led company with a mix of old and new talents. I work in Sweden but everyone in the company, all around the world, knows who I am, that’s how close we are. Join us!

Cons

Well the only con is the fluency I guess, nothing is a sure thing. So if your set in your ways, this is not a company for you. But if you like to mold the future of cybersecurity please join us!
