No place is perfect, but this is still a great place to work

Pros

Flexible scheduling, prestigious resume boost, many great brains to ”pick”. Company president is the world’s nicest guy. Previous CEO was a great human as well.

Cons

Typical pains that arise from a small, down to earth company trying fit into much larger shoes. The problem here is that money is being poured into hiring more high salary “chiefs”, and leaving those doing the real work with more of it, at the same pay. A great company heading in the wrong direction very slowly At less than 100 employees. The CEO has no business being an invisible presence outside of the C-Suite.

Pros

Great company atmosphere, hard working and dedicated individuals that truly care about the work they are doing. Creative and fast paced atmosphere with an open door policy where constructive criticism and personal growth are encouraged. Overall a great experience and has forwarded my career in more ways than one.

Cons

There are not enough doughnuts.
