      Worst company I’ve ever worked for.

      None for the company itself but a huge bonus is getting to know the residents!

      “Collectively, we have set ourselves apart as an industry leader who genuinely cares for the well-being and success of our people while creating an environment of meaningful community for our residents. “ BIGGEST CROCK OF A LIE I’VE EVER HEARD! Axis residential/Affinity Communities does not support nor empower you to succeed within the company. They play favorites and their favorites just happen to be employees that aren’t that bright! They like the ones that can barely keep up with their work load. This company will lie to your face, string you along, make verbal promises that they have no intention of keeping not to mention, they have no respect of work/life balance. If you’re wanting a career, do not go to this company!! Trust me!!

      I’ve truly loved my experience working at Axis Residential. The team culture is something special. It’s supportive, collaborative, and full of people who genuinely care about each other. It makes coming to work enjoyable, even on the busiest days. Leadership is approachable and invested in the success of their teams. There’s a strong sense that you’re not just another number. Your work is valued, and your voice matters. I’ve felt encouraged to grow in my role and continue developing professionally, which makes a big difference. This is a place where I can genuinely see myself long-term. I’m proud to be part of this company and excited about the direction it’s heading. It’s rare to find a workplace where you feel both supported and motivated, and Axis Residential has created that environment.

      Cons

      There really aren’t any major downsides. Occasionally, there can be minor communication gaps, likely due to the fast paced nature of the business and the demands on leadership. It would be great to see more hybrid or remote opportunities as the company continues to grow.
