Unprofessional, family run business who you wished meant well, not just tried hard. Nearly 100% employee turnover from year to year. Limited vision on how to grow the business.

Getting paid is another story. Its a company that isn't honest. They will promise things in the interview to get you to leave your job and come to work for them. They will likely even offer you a signing bonus to start ASAP. After you start, the promises are changed overnight. I was told there were 2 other guys in my territory and that it worked out such that I would hardly ever be on call. I didn't really want more than about 40 hours a week. They are very short staffed, so you are likely on call 24/7, working ridiculous long hours 70 to 80 hours a week. At first, that seems like it will pay off, while you don't realize how much more you are taxed until you get that first pay check that spans 2 weeks and about 150 hours. The weekly taxes were equivalent to the weekly pay I used to earn at my prior job, so if you think its more money, think again. The onboarding process is terrible too. They do not have anyone help get you ramped up, because there is nobody to do that. They are to short staffed, because everyone quits. When I finally quit, I turned in all of my hardware, and I returned my truck in better condition than it was issued to me. Then they deducted $740 from my final check without any explanation. When I tried to call and ask for an explanation, they did not return my calls, with the exception of one call back that was clearly not intentional, and when I got her on the phone, she told me that my check deduction matter was not a priority. Then my calls began to go directly to voicemail as if they are blocking my calls. I will be pursuing them and having the state of SC department of labor get involved, while I should not have to. If you do any business with these people, get every detail in writing, or beware and just stay away. These are not people that care about their employees at all.
