You will get opportunities to gain knowledge from expert management with real hands-on information. They valued the staff that grow together with company. Management and team encourage work-life balance culture and always think on ways to help ensure work efficiency without sacrifice work quality. Numerous training and information given and shared to help employee ease into work culture. Professional management in handling issue and giving solutions.
Cons
fast moving, not suitable for no initiative individuals. Had to micro-manage individuals procastinating on work tasks.

Been working for more than 8 years. Management recognised your effort and rewarded generously if you give your 100%. Good place to expand your knowledge and skills, very helpful management and colleagues. Willing to spend time to teach and share knowledge and experience among team. All projects will be supported and discussed together to find solution as team, not alone.
Cons
Not for the place for any faint hearted, lack of discipline, inconsistent work and unwilling to learn individuals; as you will felt left behind and stop growing. High turn over rate due to issues with some staffs had carried above personalities and not matching with companies goals and virtue
