Employees are hardworking, dedicated and genuinely care about what they do. Nice office park. Small company doing well financially.
Cons
Very high turnover (6 months to 2 years.) Low morale. Company does not always hire to replace former employees, forcing the remaining staff members to perform well-beyond their compensated job duties. Salary jobs, no overtime or compensated time off for working overtime. No real cleaning crew, employees do it.
Great experience, crash course in pharma. Smaller agency-like atmosphere, without the agency hassle of time tagging. Clients are like any other-- but always every changing due to the CEO having his hand in EVERY client relationship, sometimes to its own detriment. Get the title, put it on your resume, and scoot. Pay was decent for outside of Boston location.
Cons
CEO micromanages every client experience. Which doesn't leave you much room to make decisions on your own. Also drags his feet on client needs and puts you as the resident tap dancer to the client. Brush up on your ole soft shoe-- you're going to need it. Plus, the HR person is the CEO's wife-- talk about awkward if you ever have an issue to report. The company needs to evolve into 2017-2018 and needs more ideas. There is no innovation here. Trust your employees more-- they are your creativity at heart.
Fast paced
Lots of varying responsibilities
Encouraged to share ideas for improvement
Lots of company functions/team building social events
Friendly, personably management
Cons
Upper management micro manages instead of improving process/workflow
Owner is too involved in day-to-day process making people's jobs harder
Too many cooks in the kitchen on most tasks creating stalemates -- things don't get done.
