They have good products, and the work on and around them offers very nice challenges and satisfaction. The technical folks are super talented and nice.

The atmosphere is chaotic and unpredictable. There are serious communication issues. The company focuses solely on revenue (growing sales and marketing) at the cost of losing long-term organic adoption.
