There are some very talented people working here to learn from. Regular communications through weekly All Hands meetings. As a remote company there's plenty of opportunities to come together (in person, in a hybrid way and through lots of remote events and activities).

Cons

We need to move faster, sometimes there's too much talk and we're slow to take action.
