      Pros

      Excellent Product Competitive Pay 100% Remote Great Leadership. Founders heavily involved in all aspects of the business. Experiencing great growth. Excellent product which is very simple to use and solves a real problem. Colleagues very happy to help very happy with the management team I interact with. fast paced

      Cons

      Processes are constantly changing, which is expected in the life cycle of the company. I embrace this personally but it may not be for everyone. 100% remote may not be for everyone.

      Great ICs, terrible leadership

      Pros

      Many of the people who have been at Axonius for a long time were stellar to work with, and the type of people I keep up with after departing. The majority of the team is full of incredibly smart, helpful, and wonderful people. Those people, along with a solid product leads many folks to continue working at Axonius despite the issues.

      Cons

      Axonius had one of the most toxic senior leadership I’ve ever experienced and (hopefully) will ever experience. The moment you disagree with the C suite you’re going to be on the chopping block. If you express any kind of feeling beyond, “what leadership says is gold,” you will be told that you’re weak and your opinions are wrong. I didn’t realize this until I departed. I describe my experience as having a form of PTSD and it had taken months and months to learn to actually express my concerns at my new company.

As you say, we hire so many smart and capable team members, you should always feel heard and respected when expressing your opinion - whether or not leadership shares that opinion.
