1. 12 hours of duty but it's actually more than 14 hour when you reached your room. 2. Wrost management team. They actually don't have any senior engineer or any higher responsible body. 3.If you are a GET them forget about your learning they will treat you like a worker. 4. Only one man take responsibility of the whole plant. And many of the machineries are not working. 5. Workers are very skilled that's why they treated you like you are nothing. Everything this plant make only because of the workers. 6. Their is no safety tool are their. No helmet, no mask no gloves I have seen all of the workers got burned scares in their hand .
