Pros
Caring team, great environment, majority of all managers I have interacted with are great and care about the people. Culture was a big part of coming here so I really hope it doesn’t change as we are growing. Good salary in psych. Our medication is fantastic and helps so many people.
Cons
The IC plan hasn’t been fair for majority of nation. Not surprising, all territories aren’t created equal. Some have much higher index & potential. When more than half of the company isn’t hitting target but the top percent is making a ridiculous amount & you set goals at things like 250% growth that’s not realistic. Loosing money on Motus car allowance reimbursement. It is so much less than my previous company. Low vacation time doesn’t seem to be to industry standard. You accrue vacation and currently no plan in place to increase.
