The truth

Pros

The friendly crew and office staff

Cons

The company's mission statement is "just do the right thing" but they don't. The owner of the company has no morals. Customers want refunds or something as small as a phone call back and they get put through the ringer and have to go as far as taking the company to court to get their refunds. The company installs product without going through the proper procedures and will pay subcontractors to dig them out of it when they get caught. They pay their office staff low wages for way to much work. They put too much responsibility on employees and when he employees get fed up and leave the company has no idea what to do. Their solution is to dangle a raise in front of the employee to keep them. The managers are way over paid so they have nothing bad to say. They're oblivious to what is going on because they're too busy making six figures and don't want to deal with it. They're constantly in meetings, out of town for "training" but when it comes to day to day operations and helping customers they're "unavailable." The facilities are in horrendous shape. The roof is leaking all over, the carpets and floors are grimy and dirty. The air is dusty and there is probably mold in the ceiling. The plumbing doesn't work half of the time and the company's solution is to call a company to pump the sewage out. The entire building reeks of sewage for a long period of time. The toilets are always plugging and the "cleaning crew" that supposedly cleans on the weekends does nothing but empty trash cans. After leaving the Ayers environment I have seen what it is really like to work for a company with structure, morals and professionalism. I could type an entire essay on why this company sucks but if you work there, you can figure it out for yourselves.

Terrible place to work

Pros

There are no pros to this place

Cons

Unethical sales practices. "Do the right thing" only means how high of a sale can you get from a customer that may only need a simple fix. Many good people have been fired from here due to having morals. CEO only cares about how many sales can be made and ADL. Bonus structure for salaried employees is only if the CEO decides to pay it whether or not you hit your figures or not.
