Pros

Lots of leeway to do your job. You can literally jump to a director position if you put in the effort.

Cons

Lately, lack of mission focus. They know what they're passionate about and what drives their economic engine, but could be surer of what they do best.

Erratics Decisions

Pros

The people are nice, the office is nice and the work is straightforward (for the most part.)

Cons

Too many people doing the same job. For instance, there currently is a Director of Digital Channels, a Director of Marketing and a Marketing Manager and their work overlaps a lot. And there are only two people for them to manage between the three of them. . .
