- Flexible management - Respectful and polite CEO - Young, talented and unforgettable employees (my ex colleagues)

- Clumsy and ineffective growth since the last few years compared to the potential of the company. - Indecisive and unclear top management - internal growth plan also unclear and not very interesting in the long term
