Pros

Get to work in the scenic Old Montreal in a modern sleek office. Access to all the best tools and hardware as well as a full fridge. Great company culture but more importantly great coworkers.

Cons

Parking in Old Montreal can be pricey. Better off taking public transportation.

Pros

Ayuda is a phenomenal company, full of energy and passion for innovation. From the humble beginnings building WinForms for a single customer, it grew into a company spanning continents using the latest mobile and web technologies. It treats employees as a family, with biggest perks being flexibility and openness. Developer hardware is nothing short of amazing with everyone getting a three-monitor setup with monster machines to boot. The communication within the office is great, with everyone having an open-door policy and being ready to brainstorm at a moment’s notice. Employees are smart, dedicated and friendly. The Montreal office, mixing open-space and offices, is nothing short of beautiful, offering a great location in the Old Port and the perks to delight a geek (game room, large TVs, coffee machine and more).

Cons

The environment is fast-paced and priorities shift frequently – Ayuda’s agility is not for everyone. Employees are expected to be ready to take on new challenges and technologies on a short notice – both a blessing and a curse. Ayuda is not heavy on process which can surprise people coming from more formal environments.

HR is a disaster

Good location and office looks.

Cons

HR is a disaster, unclear policies, no rules, favoritism and not caring about employees only whatever benefits they can get. They work just a few hours a week and the rest of the time is no where to be seen, out of the office or not delivering anything for the company.
