      It's a very collaborative and creative environment. Great leadership.

      It's a small small company and you have to wear different hats and some people may not like that.

      Learning of events, businesses, and other things going on in Arizona.

      Cons

      Unfortunately this is a company that lacks many essential elements that are conducive to growth, success and a positive work environment, such as - departmental processes, career development/advancement, team culture, culture, team building, work/life balance, employee appreciation/recognition, diversity and leadership. Frequent workplace misconduct (i.e. bullying, belittling) and high turnover rates are also big Cons. ***This company is laxed on covid safety precautions and very adamant about employees being in the office.***
