Pros

Casual Dress? Sadly, I don't have much more than that....pay was low and was told that I would be up for a review at the end of 6 months however after 4 days they let me go because I was more of sales person then they thought.....

Cons

First of all -get your PRISONER ID # at the door. Because you will have no sense of value being here - you are just a body and they will give you nothing but menial work to do - because they trust no one outside of their family. All employees are watched by the cameras and the time clock that you are forced to use - even if you are a salaried employee. The work week is not the traditional 40 hours - rather all employees (except for the owners (all family)) are forced to come in at 8am and end the day at 5 with a tracked 45 minute lunch. They have no business development here, because as I was told - they don't need to - they have plenty of business already! Their "sales team" is a glorified customer service team that takes orders via phone, email and occasionally fax. On average they process 30 orders per day. This does not take all day. The balance of the day the 3 reps play on the phones. Which is prohibited by the way according to their company policy that you are asked to signed off on. There is no use of a CRM or networking - because again they have enough business lol. The 3 reps that are there do not take to newcomers very well. And make it very clear they do not want anyone disturbing their setup. They are a business stuck in their ways that will eventually implode because they cant operate the way they are. They are 100% reactive and do no proactive measure whatsoever. It is a very toxic work environment that is the most unwelcoming environment for a newcomer I have ever seen. I highly recommend that you do not consider working here.

Pros

My coworkers are the best part of the job. We have a ton of incredibly smart, kind and funny people on staff, and I'm proud to call many of them my friends. Everybody takes the job seriously too so no one's carrying the weight for a slacker.

Cons

Nothing worth noting in my experience.

Pros

Casual dress Raises and bonuses - these came annually and were generous Good benefits - health care at a reasonable cost, 401k etc

Cons

This is a family owned company so unless you are in the family you will be treated poorly. The office atmosphere is tense and management is untrusting. The hours are longer than a standard 9-5 job and you only get a 45 minute lunch which you are forced to take and not paid for. Pay is hourly and monitored by a clock in/out - when I left they were upgrading to a fingerprint detection type clock - they do not trust their employees at all. No cell phones even for those who have children etc. the office is set up in an open floor plan where they can watch over you every second, and they do. At times they close for religious holidays but then force us to come in on Sunday's with no overtime/time and a half pay. It's not optional. Some people have things to do on Sunday's which is why they work during the week. The owner is an old, strict man stuck in his ways and he can be impulsive. He will fire someone easily if they disagree with him, no matter how important their role is to the company. The owner gets involved in the employees business and tries to get the staff to tattle on others/turn against each other. I would never recommend this job to a friend - it's like being in jail.
