* Friendly people (most of them) * Good for beginners

* Heavy work load. Expect one person to do everything. * No recognition for what you do. Always try to undervalue your work by saying 'this is a small thing, anyone can do it. Don't need special skills'. * Very low salary comparing to outside. * Difficult to get promoted. Company does not have a proper career progression path for staff. * Your educational background is useless for the company. No recognition for additional qualifications you get during employment. Company does not encourage to get additional qualifications as well. * A lot work did inhouse are getting outsourced to certain companies, which is a bit suspicious.
