You get opportunity to get a lot of experience, but the salary is not great and will never become great. Work hard and show initiative and you will get help developing and growing in your career. Culture in the company is good, friendly people and nice location.
Cons
Company benefits are not great. Not a lot of holiday. Salary is not great.

Azendo is a fantastic place to work, built on a strong foundation of values that truly support their people as individuals. What stands out most is the genuine work-life balance; they prioritize your personal time, ensuring you're not overwhelmed, especially when you're sick or on holiday.
Cons
With rapid growth anticipated, we will soon need to either expand our office space or transition some departments to a fully remote work model.
