      Not what it seems from the outside

      Pros

      The team is a diverse international one

      Cons

      The start up culture (beer fridge, bean bags etc) does not mask the inexperienced management team, the false lip service to equality and diversity, low salaries, the CEO is a robot and a yes man to the chairman. Also the badly explained sudden exit of the female cofounder a few years ago who was the heart and soul of the place.

      I have been working for Azimo 1 year full time in the marketing team. I am eternally grateful to this company for offering me the opportunity to start my career in marketing (before I had 3 years experience in sales). Here you will learn what does it mean working in a start-up: handling pressure and feeling the direct impact of your activities on the business. You will learn a lot according to your ambitions and be involved in discussions related to the business itself and its future. You can find very welcoming colleagues!

      Cons

      I had to leave the company because I didn't have the chance to grow. Not an increase of responsibilities, no promotion on the horizon, not an increase of salary. Well, nothing to motivate me. All this despote the results I brought to the company, targets achievements and my desire to do more, My job became extremely limited and boring.
