Pros

The company is terribly organised, even if you are average you will progress. All focus on Jersey, nobody is interested anywhere else. Owner managed business. Most people stay for a long time so no chance of them ever doing harm in a real company.

Cons

No phone, laptop or ipad provided. Long hours expected. Gossip and flirting from HR team always available, nothing is confidential. Tech is old and outdated. Not allowed to access websites even to do your job., everybody used their personal mobile phones for everything as systems are so old and not functioning well.

Cons

So many to list, very weak leadership, locally and wider, poor working practices, its all about Jersey, outdated systems, long hours.

We are disappointed to hear you have such a negative opinion of our company, teams and employees. Your experience doesn’t appear reflective of our market-leading employee retention rate or the core elements of our employee proposition that we pride ourselves on. We welcome an open honest conversation to discuss further, should you wish.

Pros

-Friendly, welcoming environment - Support for you to progress in ACA/ACCA -Benefits (excluding base salary) are a better than some companies - You can lack the skills and ability, but still get promoted as long as it works for your Line Manager/Director. Promotions are handed out in the office to fill gaps - makes Management look as though they know what they are doing.

Cons

- Base salary is low - You can lose support very quickly as ‘stick your head in the sand’ culture - Strong Management/Directorship in the office is lacking severely. Unprofessional. - A lot of individuals, even those at Senior level, bring no value to the job and company however, no one has the guts to stand up and resolve this issue - Nothing is confidential; even items discussed with HR - Don't believe the 90% retention rate!!
