At least they paid me, but below a rate that is competitive.

Cons

I dedicated a sizable part of my career as a workaholic. I was scapegoated. Looking back, I'm glad I left--it was not a good job, I was underpaid, and not respected. It is not a healthy environment to work in. The culture is morally deficient.

The supervisor steals, so others think it’s ok to do also, and drink on job. And EVERYONE KNOWS IT! Including HR.

Cons

The higher ups have favorites, if you speak up you will be gone. No type of moving up everyone’s SAD and been there all their life.
