      Good place to work, stressful industry to work in.

      Pros

      A great work life balance. The President/Owner is extremely empathetic to your needs. Immediate vacation and PTO allocation. From literal day 1, you have 2 weeks paid vacation. One week of your choosing, and the office closes during the week of Christmas.

      Cons

      Communication needs major improvements. A hierarchy of communication needs to be clearly established. This place has an extremely great reputation for quality work in its field, and is well known in the Souther NY area, and a lot of potential to be great, but falls short in the areas of actually committing to change.

      They're creative at telling stories about how great they are.

      Cons

      BEWARE. They won't pay you, won't reimburse you for anything. One of the people in higher up management is a fraud that goes by a fake alias. He has got in trouble for fraud before so this isn't his first rodeo. You will travel a lot and never be compensated.
