      Pros

      Everyone in there is very interested in the work they do and the work is very diverse and refreshing.

      Cons

      Often have to work overtime to get done all the task done, which is not paid and if someone is working more overtime than you and he is faster in the task you will be getting yelled at for being slow.

      Pros

      The team consists of young, knowledgable and motivated people. Spending free time woth coworkrs is always worth. The culture is nice and your team mates will usually go an extra mile to help.

      Cons

      Lack of growth opportunities and a bit constrained to certain technologies. Not an issue if you like the technologies.
