      Pros

      Health benefits for employees are paid by employer, dependance are a low cost paid by employee. paid time off and holidays. the pay is decent.

      Cons

      This company is still working like it's the early 2000's, there is no willingness to bring their processes into modern practices, they demand perfection for understaff but their upper management can't take accountability for their lateness or over scheduling.

      -Consistent 3% Annual Raises -Consistent $2500 Annual Bonus -Consistently provide additional paid holidays -Varied Work -Knowledgeable staff -Sick time allowance merged into the standard PTO -Excellent project managers/senior engineers -Pay is fair based on qualifications and experience

      Cons

      -Very cold principals with zero empathy or personable skills -In fact the principals treat people so poorly, whole departments are being depleted due to people seeking other work -Efforts not commended nor recognized -No real opportunities to advance -Low morale and no sense of community

      The schedule. 4 nine hr days, half day Friday

      Cons

      Politics, best engineers are retiring, new completely impersonal engineers being elected to the board. Current CEO is out of touch with reality, cold, impersonal. Not surprising clients are going elsewhere for their service. Waited until 5 minutes before quitting time to lay off 3 people with a combined 70 years of experience. Have watched them terminate many 50+ years old, solid workers in favor of hiring young, green employees that will work for peanuts. Claw your way to a competitive salary, and you're next on the list. Shame on you.
