Lot of stress but nothing for it, they will use you and after just kick you out. There is never enough staff, so welcome in plus shifts and 6+ days without day off. Never mind how good are you, if the unprofessional „director“ don’t likes you. HR isn’t better, they can’t handle the problems. „employees on the first place“ ?
