      Almost no career growth, company is less likely to promote within than hire someone from outside the company the company runs on less than professional-managerial standards The support department has to use outdated and/or free tools to serve clients

      Cons

      Unorganized, the company keeps shifting employees from one department to another, without notice. Leadership is very far away from the product and the customers. Benefits are poor.

      Unorganized, Executives are never present, looks like a fire sale

      Great location with great views

      Cons

      Coming from a former Sales employee, there is no training process, no room for advancement, no growth opportunities, expected to make 100 calls a day without receiving any kind of training. During the interview process they over promise and under deliver.
