Having been employed by B38 Facilities Management I can honestly say during this time I have found B38 to be a supportive and honest company to work for. I am now approaching my 4th year with B38, times can be challenging and extremely busy, however it is exciting to see how the company has grown over the past four years and how the company is continuing to grow. The B38 office team are great to work with and I can only see exciting times ahead. May I enjoy many more years of employment with B38.

I have worked for B38 for a year now and have enjoyed every day. It is an exciting company to work for and I have just been informed that they are offering to provide me with some additional training and enrolling me on a year-long training course. It’s refreshing to find an employer that wants to invest in its staff, as well as its client’s. Good working environment & atmosphere Willing to invest in staff Excellent customer relationships

Pros

Great and friendlystaff both in and out the office, good exposure to the commercial world that many 25 year old's wouldn't always get.

Cons

Personally I want to be working for an international company with lots of travel travel and the business is UK based hence why I have moved abroad.
