Pros
The concept is different and food is not like what you would find in most Indian restaurants
Cons
Lots of changes, training was limited on non existent. During a small period, management turnover was almost monthly. Heavy emphasis on standards without any helpful support to maintain them. And expect to work hard with limited staff serving over 120-150 people while being okay with closing for weeks on end because no other staff member can.
