There is a good amount of flexibility and trust, and you can shape your own work if you’re comfortable taking initiative. The mix of startup energy and maturing structures gives plenty of room to contribute beyond your job title.
Cons
The work can be stressful because the ambition is high, and everyone tends to work hard toward achieving the mission and going "above and beyond" when needed. The environment rewards self-advocacy, so if you’re not comfortable speaking up or navigating priorities, you might feel stretched. Upward mobility is limited simply because the company is still relatively small, but there are still many opportunities to learn and develop as a professional within individual roles. Some internal processes are still evolving, so things can feel a bit uncertain at times.
