Pros
Vijesh - One of the best boss I've seen so far. He is exceptional and his habits are contagious, for good reasons. I would highly recommend working under him, as you will get to learn a lot of things. One thing - the team is pretty small, but the care and family like feeling is real. I enjoyed my time working with them. And I would recommend anybody who is looking to get a boost of pro-activity and knowledge to work with BAKERi
Cons
- It's a small company so scope of growth not there - Sometime they do a little micro-management - to get to the roots of things - which shows the lack of trust on individual - You won't have people who you can learn from as the resources are very limited.
