      Pros

      Great hours and we don't work weekends! This company treats their employees like family! Just be on time and do your job because this company recognizes hard work! We have an awesome manager and a great team that provides knowledge and insight on job functions as well as safety and production

      Pros

      Learned new skills with fork lift, receiving, shipping and processing a variety of cardboard boxes. They are a growing company with opportunity to expand in the global industry.

      Cons

      Work environment is challenging due to much of it being repetitive. Similar to factor line work, however, not as stringent. Hiring high quality workers within the local employment market is very challenging.
