Please keep in mind that one of the company's onboarding checklist items is to write a glassdoor review. The reviews here are inflated because many of them are written by employees during their first few months of employment.
They don't ask for the reviews to be positive, but since it's requested as part of the onboarding they skew very positive since the employee hasn't had enough time to experience the company itself and determine the pros/cons.
Company was enjoyable to work for but seems to have move away from its roots. They expect very high performance from their employees so you'll have to be prepared to grind. If you are someone who likes to do this, you'll be a very good fit and I would recommend the company. Otherwise I wouldn't suggest it.
