      Pros

      I have been working for BAYCOM for a little more than a month and already feel like part of the team . Everyone has been very welcoming and eager to help me succeed.

      Pros

      BAYCOM is a growing company with many opportunities to grow in your career. There is always something new and exciting going on - no day is ever the same. Employees work as a team and feel like a family.

      Cons

      Because there is a lot of growth, sometimes there is a heavy workload. When this happens, employees work together to get the projects completed.

      Good Company with Amazing Opportunities

      Pros

      Terrific "small" company to work for with a focus on employees and customers first. - Employees are more like family and friends than colleagues. They are always willing to help each other out. -They are growing like a weed and always looking for good talent to keep that growth going -Customers and the employees view their work together as a partnership so the focus is on doing the right thing and being there for the long haul

      Cons

      Much like most companies.... -They need to focus on communicating more of the top decisions and how it impacts everyone -Some processes and technology need to keep getting better
