      Pros

      Working at BB Agency is a really good overall experience. Most people work remotely, but we all still communicate effectively. The people are what makes this a nice workplace - there isn't any drama most of the time, just a bunch of friendly creative people doing their jobs.

      Cons

      It's a small agency - which can be a positive and a negative. Depends on what you prefer.
