Good benefits and the salary is also good if management likes you or have previous footwear experience.

Cons

Very Bad management. The design manager lacks the knowledge and skills to be a design manager. He has NO design experience, is insecure, has serious anger issues and makes the environment very toxic at times. There's absolutely NO room for growth or salary increases unless you're in good with the owners. There are NO yearly reviews and the experienced designers are forced to sign a no-compete contract that last 2-3 years.

Company is great if you're interesting in fashion Most people are great to work with

Cons

Their is absolutely no growth opportunities here. They also don't pay well. A few of my co-workers have told me that entry level salaries are less than $35k a year - just not enough to live off of. The executives want all the money to themselves and don't even give yearly raises.
