Pros

Nothing positive about BBGR the Birmingham site

Cons

Poor management skills, favoritism, bulling, management sleeping with staff members and they are favored for doing so, lack of professionalism, European staff members help management in bulling staff to be favored and sleep with management, Managing director and HR encourages this behavior and turns a blind eye when issues are raised, any positive feedback given on here is from favored members of staff.

These comments are very surprising and disappointing, The Company, the Senior Management Team (inclusive of the Managing Director and Heads of Functions) and the HR Team work hard to ensure that everyone works in an environment that embraces equality and diversity and in an environment that does not and will not condone any form of discrimination, bullying or harassment by any of its employees at any level or by any associated parties. The HR team work very hard to ensure that where any situations are raised or brought to their attention that they are dealt with promptly and in confidence. The Company and HR do not want anyone to suffer in silence and if we do not know then we cannot help, the one thing we would not do is to ignore or turn a blind eye to any situation, concern or issue. The Company has a Dignity at Work and Equal Opportunities Policy along with a Grievance procedure and if a situation was to occur or if anything is raised it would be dealt with through these procedures and if there is any issue then the Companies Conduct Policy would also be referred to. It is important to note that due to the confidentiality should any such situation occur then neither HR nor any of the Management Team involved are allowed to discuss the details or explain what the outcome has been. We would hope that for all of our colleagues there would never be a situation where anyone would feel harassed, bullied or discriminated against, and we will continue to ensure that we have the right mechanisms in place to deal with any issues that may arise ensuring they are always dealt with in an appropriate and confidential manner. The Company is committed to creating and sustaining an environment free of discrimination as well as attracting a positive and embracing difference in diversity. BBGR HR Manager
