      supportive co workers, including upper management. very friendly department, everyone looks out for each other and is more than willing to assist. remote and flexible (lots of meetings however) if you are on top of workload have lots of flexibilty solid amount of freedom to post what you think would work depending on channel persona and theme

      Cons

      incomplete job in terms of developing technical skills. - you own the metadata and the brand strategy, but you do not do any technical editing
