The initial welcome and continued level of engagement is genuine and sincere. People here know what they are doing but are also receptive to change and continued improvement.

Pros
The organization funds the work of BC Cancer and allows direct impact to research and expansion that otherwise couldn't happen. Staff are motivated and passionate to create a change, in a strategic way.
Cons
Organization is growing quickly so you don't interact often with all colleagues or teams - even though there are channels of communication it can be a bit disjointed knowing what others are doing.
