      Pretty Great!

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, everyone is helpful and truly believes in teamwork. Even though we all are working individually to make the most money, it's not every man for himself, my colleagues are there to assist. I love that it feels like everyone is family there, never had that in a work environment. I've only been working there for a little over 2 months and I've adjusted just fine.

      Cons

      It is pretty cold in there and what I don't really care for is that we have to be on the phone as soon as our shift starts, there cannot be time wasted once you clock in. They are really strict about that!

      Pros

      Weekends off and paid holidays, including Black Friday.

      Cons

      Supervisor does not address errors made by employees and when she is addressed about them, she just disregards it. She acknowledges that they should be taught correctly, yet never puts in the effort to make sure it gets taught. The work being done quickly is more important to her than the accuracy and she doesn't really seem to care about the concerns of the employees and I don't believe she keeps the CFO in the loop with all things going on in the department. There doesn't seem to be any room for growth. The salary is also way more below the average accounting specialist in the country and it doesn't get any better.

      Great growth potential

      Pros

      I started off as a regular old Patient Account Rep, as most people. Was offered the opportunity to grow from within after only 3 months in the company. I can honestly say its a good company, it has uncapped PTO that rolls over each year, they are flexible with you when it comes to scheduling, and management is always willing to work with you. The owners of the company too are very friendly and down to earth which is not normally found in most companies. If you are patient enough and willing to start from the bottom, you will quickly work your way up.

      Cons

      The only con is the application process, that they leave you in wait, wondering if you got the position or not, but even then most companies do that.
