Clicky Not always transparent Finance system sucks - structure very poorly set up and never addressed so instead of system improvements (streamlining processes, ease of reporting & inputing & querying data etc.) they have been living with a dodgy cost model resulting in increased data manipulation to be able to report the way they need to properly inform decision making. This also has affected the actual services provided to customers as more time spent making sense of the data and how it's then presented opposed to actually utilising time and effort to understanding the financials including drivers/levers and identification of issues and opportunities.
