Perfect size in my opinion. You can discuss issues with the owners of the company while also having the resources of a billion dollar organization. Great teamwork between the advisors, not as cut throat as my past employers. The organization will work with you to grow your business. No weekly/monthly sales goals that often put extreme stress on advisors. This is my fourth organization as a financial advisor in my career and can finally see myself at a company for 20 years plus.

The business of financial advising in general is difficult, riding the ups and downs is challenging. Name recognition is not a powerful as a Merrill/Morgan/Goldman etc.
