      Relaxed atmosphere, but management lacks experience

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, business casual attire, good vacation, 401K match, health insurance.

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible and inexperienced to handle this type of business. They should not be managing people, they don't know how to. Beyond that, their HR person is also their CFO. Which I found to be a HUGE conflict of interest.

      Creative leadership is great, the boss wants you to learn and grow as a creative and not just crank out production art.

      Cons

      Some miscommunication and workplace gossip, nothing more than the usual office place stuff though.
