      Pros

      The team I have come into are very welcoming and I have felt included in the dynamic straight away. I have come from company's before that see you as a means to and end with no appreciation, but I do not feel that here.

      The systems are very temperamental which can make day to day tasks challenging.

      Very little - some flexibility with WFH

      Cons

      Senior leadership no help at all. Overworked and under appreciated. No scope to move up and no benefits at all. Serious issue at the moment with contractors not being made permanent even when they’re putting in the time and effort. Senior management providing no clarity or updates when this issue is brought to them. Company as a whole seems to be all over the place, systems are outdated and most roles are manual heavy

      Beware - leadership poor, read the reviews

      Pros

      If you live in Ipswich, the office is based there, majority of staff are lovely until you get to management Sports and social are a great team, they try and get all involved in quiz , nights out

      Cons

      Stabbed in back very easily by management, and the way that staff are talked about by senior management is appalling. Bullying is rife as previously said by someone else . So many good staff have left as unsupported if you don't fit the inner circle. Say they take mental health seriously but anyone who has issues seems to leave quietly Micromanaged, take people on to change things but don't listen and just keep on same old, same old with a very very high leaver rate
