The work environment is relaxed and the people are great. The CEO takes the company out to eat on special occasions and birthdays. She also pays for 100% of the health insurance!
High workloads. Always short staffed. Unethical practices. The management team is immature and unprofessional. Bullying is allowed. Communication is almost non-existent. This affects training which can be minimal unless management likes you. It doesn’t matter how good you are at your job. Management can be dishonest during performance reviews.
