      Pros

      Friendly workers that generally work well together. Great benefits, Good location, Decent wages.

      Cons

      Revolving door of CEO'S, bad mismanagement of company. Poor supervisor and decision makers. Being a good longtime worker doesn't guarantee keeping your job.

      Great product lines, Most people are good people to work with, wages were decent, benefits were fair, LONG history ......

      Cons

      Job security is a joke, regardless of your value or length of service. 1 department (person) runs that place & its not the CEO. Tribal knowledge is almost gone with a product that HEAVILY relies on it both in the eng dept as well as the shop floor
