Actual work culture is NOT as good as it seems (Backstabbing, unreasonable demands, scolding, very high expectation on new joiner, coverup, etc.). It took a toll on me, and was demoted once. I have to work closely with omarbilal, other regional sales team, etc. At this previous place, former including the rest of the management is opportunistic and incompetent bunch. I am glad that I am NO longer there.

1) Inconsiderate, incompetent, and rude mid level management. Major bond theories from what we learn in university for example macaulay duration approach, fisher weil approach are adopted, but castagnino matias approach in my opinion is not proven and entirely not recommended. Moreover, the dreadful long hours, silo structure, lofty promises from management to this day never been fulfilled. 2) They accept and treat FT staff nicely at the start, but then differently as staff progress. Do Watch out!
